coconut oil for hair?

What type of coconut oil I put in my hair? the type used for food? must be in liquid form or solid? must be organic or extra virgin olive oil? cold pressed, unrefined or refined? please help me and thanks in advance

The type you buy at the grocery store or used for food is very good and very good (and pure) The kind of hair product usually has other oils and other ingredients. Jojoba Oil (not the kind of VO5 but the type of cigars that are found in natural food stores and Trader Joes) good works, as well as oil oil. Make sure the extra virgin olive oil or you will end up smelling gross. I've heard almond oil is good too, and Oil Avocado, but both are more expensive. You can buy sweet almond in the supermarket, but it's really hard to find avocado oil.
