Are food must be kept refrigerated?

There is a food called Besitos (Little Kisses) is a dessert of Peru. It is made of coconut and condensed milk. The recipe is the two together, roll into balls, and cold. Goodie Cans'm making for my friends at Christmas and these are so good, but I do not know if they must be kept refrigerated 24 / 7 or just relax to prepare. So I put on the box or not?

you just need a cooling of them nothing more. It will go a bit smoother once left outside the refrigerator, but I think this makes them better to eat.

As far as I can remember, my family has enjoyed the coconut pie at Christmas dinner. All our visitors and guests look forward to the cakes. If two or four feet makes no difference – they all disappear!

1 / 2 cup self-rising flour

1 Sugar 1 / 3 cup

2 cups milk

Coconut 1 1 / 2 cups shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients In a large bowl and mix well. Pour into pie plate is empty. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned. This cake has its own supply, scaly bark.

For plate 3 feet deep, double the recipe and add another cup of coconut (a total of 4 cups). Good served with or without a spoonful of cream beaten or whipped cream. It is even better served with a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream on the side.

If you've never had coconut cake, enjoy the previous recipe and make a new tradition for your family.

Bring Out This Old-Fashion Yummy recipe for 7 Up (Lemon) Cake

Lemon is a refreshing bitter taste and what a great way to end a meal. Whether for a family meal, dinner, golf every church supper, etc. lemon cake is always a great success. This old recipe is still ideal for lunch today. Granny 7 UP Cake is an old family recipe that is made with lemon cake mix and lemon pudding mix and 7-Up. It is delicious and will certainly be a favorite in your house, too.

Granny 7 UP CAKE

1 regular lemon cake mix box
1 4-serving size box immediately with the lemon mixture milk
1 jar (10 ounces) 7 soda
3 / 4 cup cooking oil
4 eggs, separated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3 8-inch round cake pans, set aside.

Combine cake mix, instant pudding mix lemon, 7 UP, cooking oil, and egg yolks In a medium bowl. Beat the mixture for two minutes.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and gently times in the cake mix.

Pour into prepared cake pans and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for a couple of minutes. Remove from the pan and cool completely on wire racks.

FILLING:

1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar
3 egg yolks egg
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 small crushed pineapple, drained
1 can coconut

In a medium saucepan combine butter, evaporated milk, granulated sugar and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 10 to 12 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and add vanilla, pineapple and coconut.

Place one cooled cake layer on serving plate and with a third of the filling. Top filling with the second cake layer; top with another third of filling. Add the last layer of cake on top and top with the last third of the filling.

Almond Pecan Waffles

These high protein waffles increase the intake protein and fat, while dialing back the carbs. You can make almond flowers by cutting the sliced almonds in a food processor.

1 cup almond flour
¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
Whey protein powder ½ cup of
1 teaspoon baking powder
110g low fat plain cream cheese, softened
6 eggs
¼ cup milk or fresh cream

While your waffle iron preheats, combine the flour almonds, pecans, whey protein powder and baking powder in small bowl. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and two eggs until smooth. Add the remaining eggs one at a time and beat well after each. Mix the cream, then add dry ingredients. Spoon about a third of the cup of the mixture on the hot waffle iron and cook for about three minutes, until golden. Start with low sugar syrup (see recipe below), peanut butter or fresh fruit. To let them cool, place in a zip lock bag and freeze. When ready to eat one, just pop in the toaster. 18cm ago about 6 waffles.

Cottage Cheese Pancakes

These pancakes are not only full of high quality protein, but also more light and fluffy

500ml Sugarlite (Hulletts)
Milk 2 / 3 cup fat

Pancakes

1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup butter
½ cup milk
¾ cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar

½ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

In a large bowl, mix cheese, eggs, butter and milk. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and nutmeg, and mix gently until well blended. Grease a skillet with cooking spray and place medium heat. Put a tablespoon of dough into the plate and use the back of a spoon to spread it evenly. The omelet is ready to flip when you start to see small bubbles of air as three to four minutes. Flip and cook for another minute or two. About 12 pancakes 10 cm.

Mocha Custard

A 350ml frappuccino contains 44g of sugar and a hefty dose of caffeine, but just nutrients. And really, if you ever spend R15 on a glorified coffee? Instead, try this alternative flan. It will give you a jolt of Java, an infusion of 21 g of protein and a hefty dose of coconut fat, which contains a healthy type of saturated fat (called lauric acid), which boosts immunity.

1 430ml can coconut milk
2 cups strong coffee (regular or decaffeinated)
3 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons (approximately 60 g) of whey protein powder chocolate
Sweetener to taste
Pinch of salt

In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, coffee, beaten eggs, powdered whey protein, sweetener and salt. Whisk to mix well. Gently cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to thicken slightly and coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat, pour into a jar cover, and cool quickly by placing the jar in a bath ice water until itâ € ™ s half submerged. Serve cold in a cup of servings for a quick breakfast. Or mix it with crushed ice until smooth and thick of frozen mocha treat. Makes 4 cups.
