5 Reasons To add coconut oil to your diet

For years I have heard that all saturated fats are bad for you, especially fat in the oil coconut. The more processed and fast foods we eat, the more it became the focus of fats used in these foods. Does extra virgin coconut oil, or lighten or darken doesn't do anything to your skin?

I read somewhere long ago that the application of coconut oil in the skin darkens … really not sure about that 100%, which is why I am here to confirm, cuz now research shows that it is better to shave with coconut oil instead of shaving cream and …. oh yes it would be great if I told U benefits of coconut oil as the skins of causing any side (to lighten skin / dark / Anything) …

Is regular natural coconut oil, not as good as extra virgin coconut oil

When i search for news and articles about health benefits of everything you read mentions coconut oil extra virgin coconut oil and I love what I read, but I've already purchased non-regular natural coconut oil and I do not know if they will be the same benefits that extra virgin coconut oil recommended. You basically have 4 types of coconut oil. 1. Cold pressed virgin coconut oil or virgin. This is the preferred oil for food you can use for cooking. This also has Omega 3. 2. Oil refining this oil is produced by heating for maximum extraction. You are calling this a natural oil in the query. Nutrition smart is the same as virgin oil. However, virgin olive oil tastes better than oil refining. 3. Coconut oil. This is transfat and should be avoided 4. Fractional Cocunut oil .. This is all saturated fat. It is used for massage in India. Its better than a tranfat still be avoided to eat like this is pure saturated fat.
