DIABETIC CARROT BREAD
4 eggs
1 3 / 4 cup Splenda Granular
1 / 4 cup sugar
1 / 4 cup vegetable oil
Water 1 / 2 cup
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt 1 / 4 teaspoon
2 cups grated carrots
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray two 9-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray for cooking aside.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, Splenda and sugar. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until mixture thickens. Gradually add the oil and water, beat until well combined.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; Add gradually to egg mixture. Stir until just moistened. Stir in carrots. If the dough seems too dry, add a tablespoon of water (moisture depend on the Carrots' wet or dry). Pour into the prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
COCO TEA BREAD
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup Equal Sugar Lite —
1 1 / 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
Orange 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest or
1 egg
1 1 / 2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add Equality, coconut and fruit peel. Egg in a medium bowl and stir in milk and vanilla. Stir the milk mixture to dry mixture and mix just until blended good and wet. Do not beat. Spray a 9-inch pan with vegetable oil pan spray. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Backpacking Breakfast Recipes
Most backpackers recipes focus on lunch and dinner. However, a good breakfast is a great way to start a day of excursion. Here are some ideas to keep it simple and easy.
Cereals
If you're used to eating cereal with milk, one would think they have to jump when the backpacker. Fortunately, there are at least two good ways to still have your bowl of morning cereal. The first is simply to bring powdered milk. Add a little to the grain and pour half cup of water in the mixture.
Some of us do not like the taste of milk powder much. The alternative for us is just add water. This may sound too simple, but there are some ingredients you can add that will hardly notice the milk is missing. One of them is coconut. In fact, if you leave the grated coconut to soak for a few minutes before adding the cereal, water will have more flavor and better consistency. Coco goes especially well with granola cereal, but works with almost all of them.
Add nuts makes less noticeable lack of milk too. Raisins strawberries or nuts may be used. It may help to soak the fruit for a few minutes before adding the cereal.
A fourth option is to use freeze-dried ice cream. Having recently tried this for the first time, I was surprised how tasty it is. It's great by itself but can also soak in water and the dough until it liquefies to use with cereals. You have to experiment at home to see that the grain is better suited to the taste of ice cream.
Cold Weather Backpacking Recipes
If you are backpacking in cold weather you may need recipes for hot foods. You can still maintain relatively easy through breakfast. Instead of food they need and sometimes cooking, bring simple cereals which can be eaten as hot mass. All you need to do is get close to boiling water and pour in the bowl of cereal. Add raisins or other dried fruit for a healthy start to the day.
Not having to actually boil the food or cooking for a long time, stove saves fuel and thus weight package. But what if you are out in the cold like me who still prefer to bring a stove at all? In this case, you want some fat to begin tomorrow. Fats create heat, and to digest, the warming from the inside.
I have recipes backpacking luxury for this purpose, and no need for them. easy and fast is my preference. A piece of bread covered with butter do the trick. Bring bread with raisins and cinnamon if you have a tooth sweet. In cold weather can also bring bagels and cream cheese. And if you really are not picky with what you eat in the morning, normal corn chips have a lot of oil to warm.

When you eat foods that are acidic, while you are eating a lot of carbohydrates, then that is the magic formula to gain fat. Some people can really pack in a lot of pounds in a short period of time to eat this way.
Foods that make you alkaline
Carrot juice, orange juice, raw, raw green vegetables, barley grass juice powder raw and raw of wheat grass juice, and fruit shakes made with raw mostly citrus, apples, strawberries, etc..
Also the cooked green beans, extra virgin olive oil, crude coconut oil, raw almonds, raw vegetables, neutral (such as lettuce, carrots, peppers, onions, squash, cabbage), sea salt, and raw lemon juice, are good examples of foods that will help alkalize your body.

Natural cure for diabetes
Diabetes food Therapy should be continued under the supervision of your doctor. Test your blood sugar frequently so that sugar levels do not exceed the recommended level.
Foods to avoid
It is always advisable to avoid certain foods if you are diabetic, like refined sugar, sweets, syrups, glucose, jam, honey, sugar, fruit, ice cream, cakes, pies, cookies, chocolates, soft drinks, condensed milk, cream and fried foods. Fats like butter, ghee and hydrogenated vegetable oil should also be avoided. White sugar and flour white should be drastically reduced. Avoid all processed foods, junk food, cakes, cookies, canned and preserved foods. They contain harmful preservatives and much salt. Avoid soft drinks since these have lots of sugar. Try to avoid fried foods from your diet.
Smoking Results in using up oxygen in the body. This will result in less oxygen than the body needs to metabolize glucose. So smoking should be avoided.
Foods to be limited
Salt intake should be minimized. You get enough salt so the fruits and vegetables you eat. Reduce animal foods especially red meats. Reduce poultry and eggs. Reduce caffeine and alcohol. Do not drink tea and coffee more than 2 cups a day. Try replacing it with green tea or tea tea herbs such as parsley, blueberry leaves, tea leaves of tender walnut tree, the water in which the bean pods have been cooked is good diabetes.
Do not consume alcohol on an empty stomach. Raw vegetables can be taken in large quantities. There is evidence that the cooked foods raise blood glucose more than raw, unpeeled foods. Cooking destroys many of the enzymes and some vitamins and minerals.
Eat at least five fruits every day. Fruits like grape fruit, pomegranate juice, Indian blackberry, banana, Granny Smith apples, fig, cranberries, black berries, kiwis and citrus are highly recommended. It can be taken as an aperitif. Cucumber, lettuce, garlic, onion, radish, string beans, cucumber, tomato, carrot, leaves, turnip, spinach, cabbage and artichokes Jerusalem is good for diabetes. Colored vegetables are good for the functioning of the pancreas. Drink unsweetened fruit juices. Brewer's yeast and alfalfa, mung beans germinated and are good for the body. Immature banana also can cook and eat.
The most important of all is to eat high-fiber diet that reduces the need insulin. Energy is released slowly into the body. We have also found that diabetes decreases and may even disappear in people eating a diet high in fiber and food integrals. Eat plenty of potassium-rich foods such as peanuts in Gross, tomatoes, bananas, melons, peas, potatoes, apple cider vinegar, skimmed milk powder, wheat but do not take potassium supplements.
Include soluble fiber in your meals like barley, oats, almond meal, dried beans, lima beans, cooked black beans, peas, cereals, beans, gram Bengal, which has a low glycemic index, Black gram, lentils and corn or garbanzo beans to helps considerably in reducing sugar levels in the blood. Soy products like tofu, tempeh, soy milk, soy powder, bean sprouts, nuggets, etc are also very good in containing neurological complications diabetes. You can make any bread whole grains. Get a large amount of soluble fiber in your diet. When you eat lots of bread, cereal and starchy vegetables that are obtain sufficient amounts of starch, which is very useful for diabetes.
Insoluble fibers, found in bran (oat bran, bran wheat), whole wheat bread, whole grains and nuts, act as intestinal scrubbers by cleaning the lower gastrointestinal tract. Fiber cleanses the intestinal tract moving the food would not stay there and rot. Butter milk and yoghurt diet are very beneficial.
Useful herbs and vegetables
1. Bitter gourd (Karela):
Bitter gourd Momordica charantia or bitter melon juice contains plant insulin and should be taken 2 oz 2 times a day on an empty stomach. It is to be very effective for diabetes.
Or
This can be cooked as any vegetable and eaten.
Or
The bitter melon powder can be done by drying. Take bitter gourd powder I teaspoon daily in empty stomach.
2. Taking half a teaspoon of cinnamon a day can help prevent the onset of diabetes. Even soaking a cinnamon sticks in tea, could also benefit non-diabetics who have blood sugar problem, but not are aware of this.
3. 30 gram fenugreek seeds can be soaked in a glass of water at night and 12 hours after taking it and grind into a paste with soaking water and drink it on an empty stomach.
Or
2 teaspoon if powdered seeds can be taken with water or milk.
Or
You You can add fenugreek into anything you cook.
4. Upto Eating 3 grapefruits a day has also been useful
5. 1 tablespoon of amla (Emblica officinalis) after removing the seeds to extract the juice and mix with a cup of bitter gourd juice and take daily for 2 months on an empty stomach.
6. Gymnema Sylvestre a traditional ayurvedic herb the leaf of which is to take up to 4 grams per day.
7. Indian blackberry seeds or Jamun seed powder (name Scientific jambolana Jamun is Eugenia and Syzygium cumini and L) is very good for diabetes. Take 1/4th to 1 teaspoon honey teasoon for 50 days.
8. Eating garlic chopped fresh oil 3-4 grams a day lowers blood sugar. You can wash it down with a glass of water.
9. Neem seeds daily 2 times a pinch. Taking a gram of neem leaf daily helps in diabetes.
10. Bael (Aegle marmelos): The license Bael tree when chewed are very useful in diabetes. Pulp of this fruit could be dried and taken in doses of 5 to 10 grams per day
11. A pinch of pure turmeric powder mixed in amla juice (Indian goose berry) and eat daily in empty stomach.
12. The use of turmeric and gooseberry in equal quantities in powder form taken with warm water is very useful in this name. These activated cells of the pancreas produces more insulin.
13. Jeerakam Wild cumin seeds black colored 60 g in 1 liter and boil a liter of reducing 1/4th and take half divide it into two equal parts and take part in the morning and once in the evening 2 times daily
14. Grind (Bacopa monnieri) and add Bhrahmi a teaspoon of milk and drinks
Vitamins that help
Supplements naturally more conducive to the body.
Magnesium supplementation has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity.
Vitamin C 500 mg is recommended. Vitamin E: This vitamin is very valuable for diabetes. A daily dose of 200 IU Vitamin E is recommended for a fortnight at a time.
Chromium. Whole grains, seeds, mushrooms, corn oil and brewer's yeast are relatively sources good biologically valuable chromium.
Vitamin A:. Take a dose of 15,000 IU on alternate days.
Vitamin B: Avoid large doses of vitamin B because this vitamin interferes with the absorption of insulin by cells.
Things to do
Controlling your weight is the best way to treat diabetes. Exercise improves the body's response to insulin. An exercise program should be initiated only with the advice of a doctor to avoid unnecessary complications. Walking, light, running and swimming are also good.
Yoga can help a lot.
To relieve stress do meditation once a day for 10 to 40 minutes. Asanas Yoga as Siddhasana, Vajrasana, Talasana, Yastikasana as Yogamudra, Hastapadasana, Paschimottanasana, Chakrasana, Ustrasana, Bhujangasana, and viparitakarani Sarvangasana as halasana, Shalabhasana, dhanurasana, and shavasana Pratipaksabhavana also be beneficial.
