Like most people when they first decide to go on a diet, I have tried every diet plan called easy, and many plans are not so easy. After losing the weight always came back and I would always be heavier than when I started. It is fair to say we tried everything. You see, I got angry. I had some minor surgery which damaged my thyroid. Until that happened, I never had a weight problem.
Getting a problem Sudden weight seemed very unfair. I just had to find a solution that could be taken as a lifestyle. I wanted to get to a place where never again to have to think about my weight, my appearance or my food choices.
The discovery I made five years ago, gave me exactly what I expected. From the moment I started my own plan, I lost all the weight and so far I have not had to worry about my weight. This is really the difficult weight loss permanent I had waited for so long. Recently encouraged me to make my information public.
My diet plan is easy for a whole new way deal with weight problems. All you have to do is make a little adjustment to my lifestyle. Then, thirty years ago, nutritionists appeared, with pseudo-science new and preached about what he calls the diet and nutrition. No one seemed to care that these new ideas in conflict with the food our metabolism has always been accustomed to.
Suddenly became un-cool to eat as our grandparents. Instead they were expected to eat only "healthy food", a description that seems to ignore the food they were accustomed.
There is nothing more seductive to the young, new ways to replace the old stuff. Unfortunately, that came to include in our diet. Now we can look around and witness of what has been described as a serious epidemic. Over sixty percent of people who are overweight. Unfortunately, now includes children. This would have been incredible think a few decades ago.
Today we have something called type 2 diabetes. That too is growing at epidemic proportions, and never listened too of until recently.
I've noticed that lately, using the word permanent i has become common in many cases inappropriate. want to be sure my own use of that term fully understood.: When I say "permanent weight loss', I mean, there is no need to diet again.
